Warranty.
We stand behind defects in our materials and workmanship. Fishing damage and manufacturing defects are different problems, and we handle them differently.
Limited warranty
For the original owner, SaltTrail Rods will evaluate failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage, term, fees, and remedy must be finalized by the business before launch.
What is not a defect
- Impact, crushing, high-sticking, or damage from doors, hatches, and vehicles
- Normal wear, corrosion, neglect, or improper storage
- Use beyond the rod’s rated line, lure, or drag range
- Alteration or repair by an unauthorized party
Start a claim
Send your order number, a description of what happened, and clear photos of the entire rod and damaged area. Do not ship a rod until the shop provides instructions.
