BEFORE IT SHIPS
Shipping & returns.
Rods require careful packing and clear expectations. The final policy should be reviewed against your actual carriers, costs, and Shopify settings before launch.
Shipping
Stock rods generally leave the shop within three to five business days. Custom work ships after the build is complete and final payment has cleared. Rods ship free within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the package before discarding the tube or packaging. Photograph any visible carrier damage and contact us promptly with your order number.
Returns
Unused stock products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, final-sale, and used products are not returnable unless defective.
Return authorization
Contact the shop before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns or rods shipped without protective packaging may be refused.
